Terms and Conditions:

1. This service is available for passengers departing from United States and transferring in Beijing.
2. Not applicable for code share flights, UM, FFP, ID or AD, group passengers.
3. Air China will only provide this free service for Air China passengers stay at a night but less than 24 hours transit time in Beijing.
4. A voucher,  Boarding Pass and Passport  must be required.
5. This Service need request minimum three business days before departure.
6. The voucher cannot be re-issued if lost. No charge for a date change of the voucher, and the date change can be allowed only when the ticket rebooking is involved. 
7. If an adult is travelling with an infant, the infant does not need a voucher.
8. Charge CNY300 for ticket refund of international sector if service used.
9. Unused voucher is voided and non-refundable.

Procedures:

1. Ask our sales specialist if your flight qualify for this service. 

2. Three business days prior to departure, call the Air China Call Center in Los Angeles to request : 1-800-882-8122,or fax copy of PNR / Ticket to Los Angeles office, Fax: 310-322-1133 or ask our sales specialist to arrange the service for you.

Where to pick up the voucher for passenger?

1. In the immigration area, overnight transit passengers must go to the “Lane for D / P Only” for China immigration inspection.
2. After immigration checkpoint, passenger should go through the baggage claim area and Custom checkpoint.  Take the elevator to the 4tg Floor, Area F.  There will be an Air China “Transit Service Counter” (中转旅客服务柜台), Tel: 001-86-64558143.
3.  Passenger must show passport and boarding pass to pick up the voucher.
